Free Chamber Music Concerts
Come join us! Camerata Musica provides free chamber music concerts for everyone. We invite small ensembles of professional musicians—many from the Northwest—to perform music from many eras and featuring different instruments. Pianos, strings, brass, woodwinds, even voices can figure into our Sunday afternoon performances.
We are supported by donations from our audience and from generous grants, especially from the Salem Foundation. Because our volunteers provide all of the work, we use almost every dollar we collect to provide support to the musicians for the beautiful music they create.
We also help to fund existing programs for scholarships and lessons to music students in middle school, high school and university programs. Come enjoy delightful music and help us enrich our community.

Music Library
Provide music for you to play. See the list of music available from a donation by David Gortner, soon to be available through the Chemeketa Community College Library.
Directory
Helping musicians connect with each other to make music together. We maintain a directory of musicians; get yourself listed, and find other musicians to play with.
Play-ins
We organize “play-ins” two or three times a year — well, when the pandemic is further behind us! — where you can come play with other chamber music nuts. Tell us if you would like to participate at gstruble@willamette.edu

Moving our concerts back to Loucks Auditorium
When the Salem Public Library built Loucks Auditorium in 1991, Camerata Musica was delighted to move its concerts from the Library’s Anderson Room into Loucks. Loucks became our home. Of course Covid stopped that. We were ready to resume concerts before the Library...
